The research will answer several key questions;
- How is the market changing?
- How is consumer behaviour changing, and how do we respond
- What market segments are emerging, and how does their behaviour differ?
- How much is changing consumers interests and habits likely to impact on our industry in the near future
June 23 15:00 BST – Opportunities for the Summer Mountain Market Post Pandemic
The pandemic has brought many operators of summer mountain sports to a standstill. In such a bleak time, one positive to emerge is research that reveals a significant increase in consumer interest in areas such as health and wellness, fitness and the environment along with increased participation in activities including cycling, running, hiking and more.
How as an industry can we harness this shift in focus and increased participation in order to draw more people into taking summer mountain activity holidays in the future? Will consumer behaviour largely return to a pre-pandemic state without considered action?
Our panel will provide their views on the way ahead for the summer mountain sports industry
“SASTEX was a fantastic forum that helped facilitate fantastic new connections and potential business partnerships as well as learn more about the state of play across the industry.
